OTHERS: We’re also passionate about human rights, fair trade and paying people a living wage. This means we proactively research the practises our suppliers and distributers, and do not use suppliers whose values don’t align with these.

• Food Waste: We are a zero food-waste kitchen and use or donate all food byproducts.

• Sustainable & Humanitarian Farming & Animal Care: We only use free-range eggs and wherever possible we source our ingredients from farmers who use sustainable farming methods.

• Rainforest Alliance: We support the Rainforest Alliance and wherever possible only use farmers and products that have Sustainable Agriculture Certification.
