Orders
Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address and payment details. Orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion.

Payment

We accept payment by Stripe, ApplePay and GooglePay. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway and your card details are not stored by us.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 30 mins, please contact us at orders@nuxebakery.com.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order before it is processed for delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Large orders (>5 items) are made to order and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at orders@nuxebakery.com to cancel your order and we will let you know if this is possible. We aim to make your order the day of, or the day after you place your order and ship it the same day if possible.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you may be charged fees for such reimbursement.

Delivery

Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and you will be notified of the expected delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Returns

Unfortunately due to health protection or hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned.

Refunds/Replacement

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours. A decision to refund or reimburse is at the sole discretion of Nuxe Bakery.

My gift has arrived damaged/an item is broken. What do I do?

Please get in contact with our friendly customer service team at support@nuxedesigns.com to discuss as soon as the item is received. Please provide photos of the item as it arrived. In some instances, we may require the item to be returned to us for assessment.

Our customer service team will resolve the issue aiming for the best possible outcome. This can include:

  • Replace the damaged item

  • Issue a store credit

  • Refund the damaged item

How do you process refunds for damaged/faulty goods?

Refunds are processed via the website and will be completed within 7 days of confirming the refund.
